Just like the single pepper with the fancy scrimshaw design also under the Flora Category, these peppers were furnished by Tom Hanson of the Duluth Grill in Duluth, where you can get the best “store bought” breakfast in town in my opinion.  Tom allowed me to pick these and several other unusual peppers from a shipment of produce he had just received and I made this bright, graphic image in my studio, ‘hand held”, with a Leica M9 camera and 90mm Leica marco lens using one studio strobe and a large “soft box” diffuser.
